KarmaLinks only allows ABC triangular exchanges — site A links to B, B links to C, C links to A — so no two members link directly to each other. Every member is verified, and Karma Points keep the exchange fair.

Is there a free backlink exchange?

Yes. KarmaLinks is free to join — you earn Karma Points by giving backlinks to other verified members, then spend those points to request backlinks for your own site. Pro ($19/mo) adds a monthly Karma Points grant and priority matching, but the core backlink exchange is free.

What makes a good backlink?

A good backlink is targeted, meaning it shares the same subject, and comes from a domain with decent authority, ideally having a Domain Rating similar to yours. It should also have good organic traffic and be "safe," meaning not linked to prohibited categories like casinos, gambling, etc.

Am I guaranteed to receive a backlink from a decent website?

You request backlinks based on domain description, Domain Rating, traffic, and category. We accept only high-quality websites, so there is a good chance that the backlink will meet your needs.

Why are backlinks so important for SEO?
